Return & Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. 1. Return Eligibility

You may return an item within 7 days from the date of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The product is damaged or defective upon receipt.
  • You received the wrong item or there was an error with your order.

Items that are used, opened, or damaged due to misuse will not be eligible for return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable items (such as cleaning sponges, certain cleaning cloths, etc.).
  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Products marked as final sale or clearance.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Ship the Item: Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer support team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Here’s how the refund process works:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 5-7 business days for us to process the return and issue the refund once we receive the returned item.
  • Refund Amount: We will refund the full purchase price of the item, minus any applicable return shipping fees (unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product).

5. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process to return the item and place a new order for the item you would like instead.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the product. Provide clear photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number. We will offer you a full refund or replacement at no extra cost, and we will cover the return shipping costs for defective items.

7. Late Returns

We are unable to accept returns after 7 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement unless the product is defective.

8. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
