- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Same-Day Shipping: Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time), subject to stock availability and shipping area.
Note: Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as weather, holidays, or shipping carrier delays.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products and the delivery destination. During checkout, you will be able to view the exact shipping charges for your order before finalizing the purchase.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the same country (specific to the country of purchase).
- International Shipping: We do offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination address.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed 1-2 business days after your payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Shipping Address
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. HomeCareHubShop is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
- If you realize that you've provided an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible to update the shipping details before the order is shipped.

6. Shipping Restrictions
- PO Boxes: We may not be able to ship to PO Box addresses depending on the carrier.
